Blush me pink: Monday Discoveries
You see, I'm not really a blush kinda person *gasp* Yes, yes I know, what have I been thinking of all this while, right? But now, I've truly discovered what a blush can do for me. Not only that, do you also know that a blush could actually cheer you up? That's exactly what I've just discovered with this Chai Cheek Color!
Off late, I've been rather quite down in the dumps. Almost titilating over to depression. Ah, some things just are sucking the life out of me recently. Plus, the rainy/cloudy Parisian weather is not helping much. So, it's no surprise that I was trying out the blush with much hesitation. Furthermore, a blush is just a blush, so I thought. What's the big deal about a blush anyway?
But, let me tell you just how wrong I could be. I applied the blush to the apples of my cheeks with my fingers (wasn't in the mood to use my brush) and voila, I've been transformed instantly from doldrum-miss to fresh-faced miss. I never knew I could achieve such rosy cheeks and let's just say, I look pretty darn good. It 's brought such a pop of color to my complexion. I really do feel cheerful just looking at my rosy, blushing cheeks. The blush has a soft pearlescent sheen that makes my cheeks look shimmery radiant yet creates a soft, natural finish. I love how my cheeks look and I'm a full convert to the religion of blush. Just a pop of color on the cheeks and it's hello gorgeous.
