Face brightener mask for radiant skin
This mask works wonders for cornea-searing radiant skin. I've tried it on Monday before heading out to my friend's place for dinner. She actually thought I was using foundation when I was not wearing any!! Now, that is some compliment, plus the fact that I'm still suffering from the effects of jet lag. I'm stoked
Here are the ingredients for this face brightener mask
(a) 1 egg yolk
(b) 2 tablespoons of sugar
Directions
1) Separate the egg yolk from the egg white. Remember to keep the egg white, don't waste the egg. I'll let you know what to do with the egg white in the next post.
2) Beat the egg yolk and add the 2 tablespoons of sugar to it. You can adjust the amount of sugar to your liking. For me, 1 half tablespoons of sugar is enough. Mix well until a thick granular paste
3) Massage onto face in circular motions
4) Remember to apply to neck and decolletage too
5) Leave on for 20 mins and wash off with warm water. Pat dry and moisturize afterwards
Voila, your skin is naturally flushed and radiant after the mask. Your skin is super supple and really, really radiant. I've always used egg yolk once a week to moisturize my face but seriously, adding some sugar to it makes a fantastic face scrub that's moisturizing too. It's really packing in all the goodness of the egg for your skin. A little sugar really makes the difference -the only time when sugar is recommended for you *wink* It's simply fantastic. Downside is, after putting the egg yolk, you do look like those folks in the Simpsons cast. If you don't really like the gooey egg yolk nor smell, you can also try this fabulous sugar scrub alternative
I hope you've enjoyed this mask. You can use it 2-3 times a week and feel the difference on your skin. You'll love your skin even more
