Body Smoothie for Sexy Summer Skin: Natural Fridays
This week, I will be introducing a delicious body smoothie. Summer is approaching and there's no better time to show off your sexiest skin ever. Trust me gals [and some of you boys,] this smoothie works wonders on your body and it's just so delicious. You'll love your skin so much you just can't help copping a feel yourself. Ahem... confessions
Ingredients:
(a) 2 cups of plain yogurt
(b) 1/2 an avocado
(c) A handful of strawberries (If strawberries are out of season, you can use frozen whole strawberries too)
(d) 2 tablespoons of honey
(e) 1 banana
Add all ingredients into the blender and blend all into a thick delicious smoothie. [Do not be tempted to drink it all up. I know I sure was tempted. In fact I do keep some for later]
Apply all over body in gentle circular massaging actions to promote blood circulation. [Also, it feels darn good :)]
Let the smoothie stay on the body for 15 mins. [It may only be 15 mins, but having to wait for 15 mins when your body is completely lathered up leaves you with little options to kill time. I suggest lighting up some scented candles, turn on some music and read your favourite fashion magazine. If not, just go crazy and dance to the music. ]
Wash up by a quick shower and follow up with your favourite body lotion [Enjoy your wonderfully silky, hydrated skin]
Caution: May make your bathroom messy after this body smoothie
