Hot Trends for Fall 2009 at Luella with Revlon

Wow, Luella is super hot this Fall 2009. This collection really blows me away. It's edgy, punk, rock and roll London fashion at it's best. Luella is pure genius, yet again. The models are really edgy, grittier and believe it or not, each model has her own individual look and hairstyle! That's an amazing feat thanks to Revlon's Global Artistic Director, the very inspiring Gucci Westman.

The theme for the catwalk was, "Girl punk...Make your own rules" and it sure did.

For Fall 2009, Luella thought it was time to break the mould and get rid of the usual homogeneous catwalk look and instead to explore each girl's individuality as she created a different character for each model. As Gucci puts it, "Everyone is different...It's super realism". Gucci also echoes Luella's sense of fun, "...it's optimistic, fun and playful...there are no rules."

Here are some makeup trends picked up from the show:

• A fresh and glowing complexion with Colorstay Concealer and Beyond Natural Foundation applied where needed as natural skin was allowed to shine through
  
• Layers upon layers of black eyeliner and lashings of 3D Extreme Mascara
  
• A myriad of bright lipsticks from bright pink pouts to deep and dense shades of violet
