Best Liners for Your Lips
Ladies, one question about your lippie makeup techniques. Do you use lip liners before adding your lipstick and gloss? Or you dive straight into the lipstick and gloss? For me, I like to add a lipliner for a more defined mouth. I could also alter the shape of my lips and make them look fuller than they actually are. Shhh... that's my secret, ok?
