Body Shop - Moisture Serum Review 2
This is the first time I've tried a pre-moisturizer treatment. To be honest, it wasn't my intention to purchase it. My plan was to get the Vitamin E Face Mist but somehow or rather, I've grabbed the Vitamin E Moisture Serum instead. So, can you imagine, I was trying to mist my face but instead a dollop of serum oozed out from the pump!! Till today, I have no idea how I could get it wrong.
Normally, my first reaction to pre-moisturizer treatment would be just another marketing gimmick to extort money from beauty buffs like us. Do you even need a pre-moisturizer at the first place? I gave it a try, with skepticism, since I've already purchased it anyway.
The verdict is out. I like it's light texture and it absorbs into the skin immediately. A light texture is perfect for humid and hot climates and it doesnt feel like layering your face with too many stuff on it. It does leave a soft velvety touch to the skin after application which I love. It does help to replenish skin's moisture well, as I've tested it by using it alone without any moisturizer and my skin didn't suffer. Well, I like it but I think I can always live without it.
Nonetheless, it has passed my test of approval. Try it out for yourself and let me know your comments
